It is an effective herbal remedy for flu, cough due to minor throat and bronchial irritation and cold - an expectorant. It relieves chest congestion, stuffiness of the nose and sore throat.
Adults:

Two teaspoon (10 ml) thrice daily.

1 teaspoon (5ml) thrice daily or as prescribed by a physician.
